+ 1. My Ukash voucher doesn´t work. What should I do ?
1. Check the expiry date and make sure that you are using the correct 19-digit voucher code :
#1 Count the number of digits of the defective voucher.
#2 If the number of digits matches, check out if you didnt mistype a digit.
#3 Compare the code with the one that you received.
2. Also, make sure that the amount of Ukash covers the cost of your purchase.
3. If your code still does´nt work, contact Ukash Customer Support and explain as much as possible what you did:
- give the number of the code + its face value
- where and when did you buy your code
- where did you try to redeem your code and when did you do it (date & time).
4. Ukash customer support can do two things :
#1 If your code hasn´´t been redeemed yet : you can get a new code.
#2 The code has already been redeemed : they tell you when, where or on what site the code was redeemed so hat you can find what happened.
+ 2. What is the use of the Payment Announcement Web form ?
Every customer has to fill in the Payment Announcement Web form.
This can facilitate the booking of your payment and consequently the issuing of the vouchers you requested.
USE THIS FORM ONLY ONCE PER PAYMENT :
For questions about some payment that you already announced : use the reply button in the copy of the payment announcemet that you received ! Otherwise you don t simplify our work, but you complicate it and you slow down the voucher issuing.
+ 3. Can I pay to any bank in any country ?
The answer is NO : the U.K. bank is for U.K. residents only.
Non U.K. residents can t use this bank account !
If you are a non-UK resident and you did transfer a payment to the U.K. account, we will return the payment to where it came from.

+ 4. Why should I mention my customer ID in my payment ?
Your customer ID is your unique payment identification.
We require you to mention your customer ID in every payment. This speeds up the handling of the codes.
If you don t mention your customer ID, we loose time looking up where the payment comes from. It is even possible that we cannot identify the sender of the payment. In some cases the customer can loose his bonus.
In this case we wait until you contact us (mail to: payments@ebizznet.com).
+ 5. Who can pay to our UK bank account ?
The U.K. bank account is meant FOR U.K. RESIDENTS ONLY !!!
Residents of other countries are not allowed to use this bank account !
If anyhow a non-UK resident did transfer a payment to the U.K. account, we will return the payment to where it came from.
