Always include the following
Payment
Reference in your bank payments to identify your payment
and voucher currency :
Your Unique
Payment Reference = EBZ +
Currency of vouchers needed (EURO or
USD) + your eBizz Customer
Number
Examples : If your eBizz customer code is BE12345 :
- to obtain Ukash EUR vouchers, put in
the bank payment communication zone : EBZEUBE12345
- to obtain Ukash
USD vouchers, put in the bank payment
communication zone : EBZUSBE12345
The payment communication
zone must allways and only contain
the Payment Reference as instructed above and nothing else : no
spaces, no additional text, etc….Omitting parts of the
reference, or adding other text in the payment reference delays
code delivery.
3. Submit
the Payment Announcement Form
(Step 3)
After
you have executed the payment, we request you to fill in and
submit the payment announcement form. This is necessary to
trace your payment in case your name or eBizz customer number
does not appear in the communication zone. If possible, we also
recommend the use of the document upload field to provide us
with a scanned copy of your bank transfer transfer
document.
