1. General
conditions
1.1 Before making your first transfer
you need your unique eBizz
Customer
Number.
1.2 Always use the IBAN bank
code when possible (it is faster and
cheaper).
1.3 Instruct your bank to
take all local bank charges for your account.
1.4 We only deliver Ukash
vouchers for the NET value that we receive on our bank
account.
1.5 The minimum order
amount is EUR/USD 500. Take note that international
bank transfers are subject to bank charges. Try to add
the estimated bank charges so that you get a round voucher
value. You can get an estimation by
mailing finance@ebizznet.com
. For transactions below 500 EUR/USD a
transaction fee of 15 EUR/USD will be
deducted.
1.6 Make sure to mention
your payment
reference as
described in our bank detail
page.
1.7 After making a payment,
always announce your payment through our payment
announcement web
form and add a copy of your bank statement in
attachment. This is advisable for all customers,
but obligatory for all new
customers.

Customers who order for
the first time : additional to clause 1.7 here
above, first time customers also have to mail a copy of
an ID
document (front & back) and a
proof of
residence (a
utility bill such as from gas, electricity, water, internet
provider or landline phone number not older than 3 months)
and we also need a phone
number and
Skype/MSN
name. Please mail this to finance@ebizznet.com

Deviations from these conditions will be subject
to an administration fee of EUR/USD 20.
1.10 eBizz reserves the right to refuse an
order.
1.11 These conditions are
applicable to all orders, except for some time limited
promotions.
2. Code delivery and
timing
2.1 Ukash codes will be delivered to the
email address that the customer mentioned in his
online eBizz account.
2.2 Bank transfers
can arrive the same day or up to 2 days later, depending
of country location and
bank.
2.3 Customers receive their codes within 1 hour
following reception of the funds on our bank
account.
2.4 Depending on
the amount paid, the codes will be delivered in multiple
vouchers values of 500, 250, 100, 50, 25, 20, 15, 10
or 5 (either in EUR, USD or GBP).
2.5 Ukash
payment reception and code delivery is operational from Monday
to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 CET (= GMT+1).
3. Important notice about our Ukash
vouchers
3.1 Our
EURO
vouchers always start with
633718424, followed by
10 digits. Our USD vouchers always
start with 633718499.
3.2 Our vouchers
can be used on all websites catalogued by Ukash like VoIP and
Telecom, Games, Shopping (CD and fashion), Music (legal
download and events), Lifestyle and Software but are NOT
redeemable on websites catalogued as 18+ (adult and
gambling).
